At our salon, your health and wellness are our Top Priority. We are using a hospital grade sterilizing machine all metal instruments. Basin soaks are used and Tub Liners to ensure our spa chairs are free microbial contaminants. We do not reuse materials. At Bally Nails, you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy while your are treated to an elegant service.
CONSIDERATIONS:
In consideration of the others and to help maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we ask all the clients please limit cell phone use and keep voices low as not to disturb other clients.
• If children are not receiving services, please refrain from bringing them.
• If you need to cancel the appointment, please let us know at least one hour ahead before the appointment time.
• Please arrive 5 minute early to give yourself adequate time to prepare
• We are not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen property.
Please leave valuables at home.
• Parents are responsible for children, broken items will be paid for.
• Prices for services and products are subject to change at anytime by Bally Nails.
• No refund or exchange on gift certificate or store products.
• Will be additional charge if you decide to change the color after the work is finished, please make sure make up your mind before the service begin.
• We have the right to take the next client if you arrive 5 minutes late for your appointment.
• For any reason, you are not satisfied, we will repair or fix them within 3 days, but we will not redo the entire the service.
• We do not accept Checks.
• We reserve to right to refuse performing services.
